Keep accidentally turning on the electric hob on your Thetford cooker?  There's a really rather dangerous design flaw with these, whilst the gas hob knobs require pushing in first before they can be turned on, the electric hob control does not need to be pushed in - owners complained to us that they kept inadvertently catching the knob as they walked past, turning the electric element on.  If the glass hob lid is down then it could shatter, if the lid is up and something has been left on the hob then it could catch fire.

We've designed this simple to use bracket to stop this from happening.  Designed & made in the UK - Precision CNC laser cut from acrylic for a precise fit - it simply slots behind two of the control knobs on your cooker, and prevents the electric hob knob from turning.  Very easy to take in and out, no modifications to your cooker are required, being acrylic it will not scratch your cooker and is easy to wipe clean. 

Designed for the Thetford Triplex cooker with 4 control knobs, the electric hob control knob needs to be on the left and it's centre point needs to be approximately 98mm / 3 7/8" away from the centre point of the next knob to it's right.  Please measure & check before ordering - if your cooker has 6 control knobs this bracket will NOT fit - but we are designing one for those cookers, which will be available shortly.  If your cooker has a different distance between the centre lines of the knobs please get in touch.
