Stop the avalanche of items when you open the cupboards!  You expand these neat little telescopic bars by twisting them to be a bit longer than you need, then squeeze them back in again slightly - they are spring loaded - and pop them in to grip between 2 surfaces.

Adjustable for gaps between 32 and 46 cm  / 12 1/2" and 18"
