These hammers really are beautifully designed, perfect for the job.

The hammer end - pretty obvious!

The spade end - for digging out the inevitable pegs that have gone in a bit too far

The hook end - for pulling pegs out of course, but importantly the hammer end sits very comfortably between your fingers for you to pull with - the extra length over a conventional peg puller makes it a much easier task for your knees & back!

Weighing 13 oz (368g) the hammer is light to pack but still heavy enough to do the job.  Metallic anodised alloy shaft in a variety of colours plus a bright red wrist strap make it hard to lose.  Overall length is a fraction over 12" / 30cm
